Self-service does not require a booking. Walk in during opening hours and use the machines. For a service wash or collection and delivery, calling ahead helps us prepare, though it is not always required. If you are bringing a large or unusual load, we recommend calling first.

Yes. Self-service machines are available to anyone who walks in during opening hours. For professional service washes, walk-ins are welcome too. Calling ahead helps us manage our workload.

We are at 6 Church Street, Keighley, BD21 5HS, in the town centre with parking nearby. If you are unsure, call us and we will help you find us.

Most service washes are ready within about 24 hours. Same-day turnaround may be available depending on the time of day and how busy we are. Please call before arriving to check.

We are open seven days a week. Monday to Saturday 8:00am – 8:00pm, and Sunday 9:00am – 6:00pm. We recommend calling ahead on bank holidays.

Yes. If you cannot visit the shop, we can collect your laundry and deliver it back once it is clean. Call us on 07539 829965 to arrange a collection time and discuss pricing.

Yes. We regularly clean duvets in our large-capacity machines, including single, double, king and super-king sizes. We dry them thoroughly to avoid damp spots. Pricing depends on size. Call for a quote or bring your duvet in.

Yes. We clean blankets, throws, mattress toppers and pillows. These often need a proper machine wash that domestic machines cannot handle. Bring them in or arrange a collection.

Yes. We work with small businesses, holiday lets, B&Bs, care homes and other organisations that need regular laundry. We can arrange regular collections and offer account pricing. Call us to discuss your requirements.

Yes. We wash kits for local clubs and teams, including full team sets. Call ahead if you are bringing a full set so we can confirm capacity.

Yes. School uniforms can be included in a regular service wash. We wash them at the correct temperature and press them if required. Some parents book a weekly service at the end of each week.

We can handle prom dresses, evening dresses and bridesmaid dresses. Each garment is assessed individually. For delicate or heavily embellished dresses, call ahead so we can advise before you bring them in.

We may accept high-value garments such as Moncler or Canada Goose jackets only after an in-store inspection. Cleaning of high-value items is at the customer's own risk. We treat every garment with care, but we cannot accept liability for damage to high-value items.

We treat stains using appropriate products and techniques, but stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on the type of stain, the fabric and how long the stain has been there. We will give you an honest assessment when you bring the garment in.

We accept cash and card payments in-store. Self-service machines may accept coins or card. Check the machine or ask a member of staff. For bookings, payment is usually made on collection.

We want every customer to be happy with the results. If there is an issue, tell us as soon as possible, ideally before you leave the shop or by calling us. We will do our best to resolve it.
